I take the profession of teaching very seriously and passionately. Students are always very dear to me. I try to create an environment where they can feel free to share their doubts and queries with me without any hesitation. I always encourage questions from my students and try my best to make things clear to them. I particularly stress upon concept clearing. I believe that marks is definitely important but even more important is a clear understanding of the subject. As far as my teaching methodology is concerned, I try to teach in an interactive way so that at no point it becomes monotonous for the students as well as myself. Apart from going through the chapter, I do provide important notes, help solving exercise problems, give regular homework and take tests quite often. If required, I do communicate with the guardians for the sake of the students. I teach across all boards up to class 10 and am equally comfortable in Bengali, English and Hindi as language of communication.
